Who we are
Divzy is operated by Vayuun Technologies One Person Company (OPC) Private Limited ("Vayuun", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using Divzy you agree to these terms.
What Divzy does
Divzy records shared expenses, group balances and informal loans between people who choose to connect with each other. Divzy is a record-keeping tool only: it does not hold, transfer or process money, and it is not a bank, wallet, payment system or lender.
Your account
Give accurate information and keep your password to yourself — everything done with your credentials counts as you. You must be at least 13 years old, or the age of digital consent where you live, to use Divzy.
Your content
The expenses, loans, notes and names you record are shared with the members of the groups you post them in and the buddies you link with — that is the point of the app. You keep ownership of what you record and give us permission to store it and show it to those people. Don't record unlawful or abusive content.
Fair use
No unauthorised access, scraping, impersonation, or harassment through notes and names. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these rules or the law.
Balances are not enforced debts
Every amount Divzy shows is a calculation from entries users made. We make no promise that anyone pays anyone; settling up is between you and your people.
The service, as it is
Divzy is provided "as is", free of charge. To the fullest extent Indian law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us for the service — currently zero.
Ending things
You can ask us to delete your account any time by writing to admin@vayuuntechnologies.in from your registered email. We may terminate accounts that breach these terms.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; the current version always lives on this page with its effective date. Continued use means acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Questions: admin@vayuuntechnologies.in.
